Same directions apply: juice all but aloe and coconut water, then add to a blender, and blend the aloe with the juice. Mix in coconut water. Serve over ice. Ginger is also highly anti-inflammatory, and coconut juice is highly moisturizing: too key aspects to healthy skin and healthy bodies.
